I wouldnt take my babies anywhere else, in fact my family uses them as well. We have even had 3 emergencies and they have taken them right in without notice and fixed them up. Great place to kennel them as well.

We have used their services for over 30 years with NO un-corrected problems. Anyone who had an un-resolved problem, was not giving them the chance to fix or explain it.

I DID have ok service but a recent incident has left me in a very bad position, with my dogs health is at risk! BEWARE!!!! Here is what happened, my dog has epilepsy and I had been treating her successfully with medication. The Dr. said that we had to run some tests to make sure the levels of medicine are within the acceptable range before giving me my next refill and this was a once a year type of test, I understood but the bill was close to $500 and I had to end up borrowing money to cover the expense. I asked for a copy of my dogs records to look around (to make sure I wasn't overpaying as it seemed like a lot of money for these tests). I was very polite and they were polite as well saying, "people look around all the time", and "it was no big deal". Well several months later I called to get a refill and was told that my record said they had asked me to leave and they wouldn't be able to refill my dogs medicine! THIS IS NOT WHAT HAD HAPPENED, I WAS THE ONE WHO WAS LOOKING AROUND THEY NEVER TOLD ME I COULDN'T COME BACK! I asked the secretary to leave a message for the Vet to call me as this surly was a mistake! He didn't return my call and I am left scrambling trying to find a vet while my dog has no more medicine!!!! The LEAST he could of done was tell me that they wouldn't be anymore and I could have got me dog taken care of instead of scrambling to find another vet before she goes into convulsions! To top it off they wrote my prescription WITH refills the day I said I was going to look around as if to do this on purpose! BEWARE!!! FALSIFIED MEDICAL RECORDS AND DISHONEST PRACTICE!!!

The staff is great! They treat our pets like they are their own. I get prescription food and medication from them for my dogs and the prices are right on.

I would have to say that the staff are truly animal lovers. They always great us with care, and some how manages to put up with our unruly dog. The dr. is fabulous by all means, and keeps things very calm and professional despite how the dog may act. The pricing is decent, and they make you feel welcomed!
