I have been putting off (for years) having 2 top molars removed. This was the first dental work I have needed done aside from yearly cleanings and braces when I was younger. Dr. Bufalini was great with assuring me all would go smoothly and telling me what to expect before, during and afferwards. I had the oral surgery done yesterday morning. This morning so far, I have only mild soreness and hope that continues to improve. I am very thankful my dentist referred me to Dr. Bufalini!

My 8 year old daughter had 3 teeth pulled due to over crowding. I was hesitant at first but Dr Bufalini assured me everything would be alright and let me sit in the same room while they pulled her teeth. From checking in at the front desk, all the way to the removal of her teeth, they were all very professional and did an awesome job!!! I would definitely recommend Carolina Oral & Facial Surgery.

These guys are amazing!! Numbed me up pulled 2 wisdom teeth And I was out. No pain later and I'm at work on time! Dr. Booth and his staff are phenomenal! Highly recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Bufalini and his staff are Great at what they do , from the front desk to all involved he surrounds himself with pleasant people. Highly recommended to those needing their service's !

Worst experience I have ever had anywhere! My granddaughter was referred there for a tooth abscess from her dentist of 6 yrs. we waited 1 month to get the appointment. went at time we were given. I filled out papers, gave insurance card and we sat waiting for an hour. Then the desk clerk called me to the counter and told me because I am the guardian/grandmother who has been raising her and her sisters since their mothers death I had to prove I was guardian for the consultation.. she said she had called the dentist and they confirmed over the phone who I was but that they could not at that moment fax the legal documents. The desk clerk said without seeing it they would not see the child.. she then even said she had called the pediatrician listed on the insurance card and they told her they could fax the documents but didn't know when. . I asked if she was telling us to leave and she said yes. they could not see a 9 yr old child for the consultation without proof I was guardian. 2 dr offices gave her my name as guardian and that wasn't enough for the consultation? we were sent out and my grandchild has yet to get the care her dentist referred her for. The woman asked if I wanted to reschedule.!!! I have 3 children to work around schedules , had gotten this child out of school early. baby sitters for her sisters , waited a month just to get the appointment and an hour in the waiting room just to be told to leave.. This person was very rude and disrespectful.. I would now never give them our business. I will certainly take myself and my three girls to someone who cares more about their patients.
