I had a great experience with a cleaning here so I recommended my husband go. His was a total opposite. Mistakes were made with his crown and he had to go back multiple times. He was in a lot of pain for weeks and we ended up going to another dentist to fix it. We told Dentalworks we would pay for a portion of the mistake but not all. They promptly sent us to collections. This is a chain dentist; I suggest finding a real, local dentists office to attend, as Dentalworks does not offer quality work.

I am very dissapointed. I have been going to Dental Works for about 9 years. Due to recent job change I do not have dental coverage, I have a reimbursement plan instead. I thought my billing was a little high, but it has come to my attention that my billing was almost 2x the national average for the work performed. I went for a consultation for 3 wisdom teeth 1 being a difficult removal and was handed an estimate for $4200 i thought they were crazy. I went to an Oran Surgeon in Wilmington to get another opinion and was handed a estimate for $2200 for the same work. I started talking to friends on what they pay for work and I found that they were taking me to the cleaners!! I am extremely dissapointed in Dental Works!!! Dr.Yabinez and Brandy were awesome but DentalWorks will not get another dime from me or my family.
