Dr. DeFee and his staff are always cheery, helpful and very personable! You feel more like friends than patients! You don't leave the office until all your questions/concerns are met! I would highly recommend Port City Dental for anyone not already enjoying this kind of treatment!

Just a cleaning today, Amanda did a wonderful job. She is very careful and caring with my sensitive teeth, it's almost a joy going to the dentist. Dr. Lauren finished up with a thorough exam. I would recommend this practice for your dental needs.

Port City Dental Center is without a doubt the best dentist's office I have ever had the opportunity to go to. The doctor was incredibly nice, and even called the next day just to check in on me! The dental assistants were just as lovely. The dental associate that I had for my appointment was so nice, she held my hand and helped me through getting the injections as I needed them (I absolutely hate needles). No condescension, like I had experienced at multiple other offices.
I honestly cannot express how satisfied I was with my visit. I went after I broke a tooth. Walked out 3 hours later with a temporary bridge that looks fantastic! So glad to have my smile back.

I had my first appointment with Port City Dental Center this morning. I was beyond impressed. Everyone was extremely friendly and eased my anxiety from the very beginning. Their offices are very comfortable and have state-of-the-art technology. I met with Katie, one of the Dental Hygienists. She was completely focused on making my experience positive, continually ensuring my comfort and keeping me informed. She also provided me with excellent information to improve my dental health. It is obvious Port City Dental's primary mission is to ensure exceptional patient care and customer service. I would highly recommend Port City Dental Center to anyone, especially those who experience anxiety going to the dentist.

Liz was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my visit. I'm so glad that I found the perfect dental center for myself and my family. Amanda made my son very comfortable when he had his visit. Now he really enjoys brushing and flossing! You all are great! Everyone is so friendly here.
