I love this office!!! The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, the Doctor takes his time & actually listens and cares for you, the office/bathrooms are always super clean... I, personally, am so thankful for this office. And I highly suggest them to everyone. Keep up the great job, guys!
*yes, be prepared to wait. But you’re going to be taken care of and heard. To me, that’s well worth the extra wait some days.

Great doctor very caring and easy to talk to! There is usually a long wait however so be prepared!

He is an awesome doctor who is found what he can to help, yes it may take some time but he's doing what he can! He is the only one who has helped me with my issues over a few years! He cares enough to keep an urgent care open even though he's past retirement and don't say it's money because he has more than enough to retire! I love demas and his crew! Couldn't ask for anymore!

I wish I could give ZERO stars! This is the absolute worst place I've ever been in my life. Not just doctors offices, I mean ANYWHERE. The staff are useless, uncaring, unhelpful, lazy, & frankly not good at their jobs. I had to go there twice to get blood drawn and they stuck me about 20 times between the two visits before finally getting a vein. Needless to say my arms were pretty bruised up! Not only that but had to wait 2 wks for appt then they changed my appt time but didn't tell me (my dad found out earlier that day bc they did the same thing to him for his appt) THEN even tho I get there early I still sit & wait for over 2 hours to see the doc. Once I did see the doc (Mark Hollingsworth) that was the only pleasant part about my visit. He was actually very thorough, kind, helpful & patient. Since the doc won me over I made an appt for my son. On the day of my sons appt there was something going on at my sons school & they would not release him to me due to delay. So immediately I call the Dawson Street Family Practice which is basically the same as the urgent care (same phone number) to let them know what was going on and make sure they could still see us OR reschedule. So the lady that answers says, yes that should still be fine for you to bring your son since you are calling to let us know, but I will send you over to (Laticia? I think she said) since she handles most of that. So It rings for awhile, no one answers, it goes to (again Laticia?) voicemail, I leave a message saying what was going on, etc. so we finally get there and we are 15 min past their cut off (their cut off is 15 min so we were total 30 min late). I get to the desk and of course explain what happened (again) and she says that I didn't call and they don't have a message from me. So I'm lying? Um no. So she says if you're more than 15 min late you lose your appt. that is policy. So I'm like ok well, this sucks but it was my fault, we were late, damn! So we reschedule, I ask for the latest appt just in case we run into another problem like this. Their next available wasn't until the following week at 4 pm. So she says just be here by 4:15 and you're ok. So the following week, school check out went much smoother however traffic was terrible it was raining like crazy! Not to mention we had to stop by the house to grab his insurance card that I had forgotten that morning (I know shame on me!). So we are cutting it close but we get there about 10 after. Wait in line at check in. I'm watching the clock on my phone lol! So it's 4:13 once it is our turn. I tell the lady my sons name and she says we are too late and will have to reschedule! So of course I said excuse me? No. Y'all are not doing this to me again! I said we were just here last week with a similar situation except now I did what you told me to do and you are still saying no that we are too late?! You said be here by 4:15 and we were here to check in at 4:13! She looks down at the time and says, it's 4:16. I said well yeah it is now bc we've been talking but we were obviously here several minutes ago. So then she says that she had told me to be there early to fill out paperwork, which she absolutely did not! my son was standing right beside both times so I looked at him & said do you remember that & he said no! So basically she says with the worst attitude that we can reschedule or leave. So we left & of course I called my husband once I got out to the car & told him what happened. He works a couple blocks away so he jumped in his truck & drove right down to the doc office to try to get them to see our son bc it's actually a sick visit this time. It became pretty heated, nothing violent or threatening but there was an exchange of words while yelling back and forth etc. so they called the police. We waited. The officer had us all explain what happened then he asked the doc office to please make an "exception" to see our son since he was sick but they still said no. So we left to take him somewhere else. Will NEVER darken those doors again. Terrible, awful place!
