Dr. Li and his staff were beyond unprofessional. My visit was so uncomfortable and I have never been treated so rudely. I would not feel comfortable having Dr. Li perform any type of procedure on me. He is extremely arrogant and his staff seemed unskilled and very rude. Do Not Recommend. Please research other options for doctors. You should never be treated the way these people treat their patients.

Dr. Li is rude and unprofessional. While his staff are pleasant, Dr. Li lacks people skills and does not know how to communicate properly. I suggest going elsewhere.

I went to him for back and leg pain a month after having a double mastectomy and he told me to have an MRI (even though I had metal in my body from my tissue expanders) and he told me to go to physical therapy (even though no physical therapist would take me because I couldn't use my arms at the time due to the mastectomy). He also tried to get me to go for "massage therapy" which his receptionist does from her home for $45 for 15 minutes. NO THANKS!
I called 3 months later after the metal was gone and I had arm strength back but he refused to see me because I didn't follow his original undoable orders. Ridiculous. He was completely unhelpful the first time and now be won't even pretend to help. The doctor and his entire staff are pathetic.

My experience with Dr. Li was disturbing and upsetting. I brought cd's showing damage to vertebrae in my neck, and he refused to view them. He wanted to make his own diagnosis ( he took no new pictures, and old cd's were 2 years old). I explained that recently I have had numbness in my arms, and tremor in my left hand, and feel dizziness in certain positions. I also explained that fortunately I wasn't experiencing any severe pain, and needed no meds. He did a few coordination observations and said he didn't see anything. When I tried to discuss it further, he told me he wasn't here to argue with me,and I could leave if I wanted. At this point I'm in tears, telling him I was scared about my symptoms. He finally viewed the cd's, and immediately he changed. Several referrals, scheduled follow up. That was it. He was willing to let me leave that office after telling him some serious symptoms (dizziness!?), without even checking films. PLEASE, check him out first, there are other similar patient complaints online.
