I went into this location today explaining that I had been here a few weeks ago and I was told to go see my primary if I wasn't any better. I never improved and I could not see my primary on Friday or today. I explained that to Connie. I told her she could call my primary to verify. She says I have allergies and there was nothing she could do but advised me to take allergy med 5 days and if one didn't work go to the next one. I told her that I have a preexisting condition that is aggravated by the coughing and it was hard for me to talk. I work at a call center. All this information could easily be verified. I asked for a note for Friday and today. She tells me I have allergies and there's no reason I can't go to work. I was asking for a note stating that I was there today and based on the fact that she knew there was an issue prior could she give me a note for Friday. I didn't have an issue with going to get medicine and going to work after the issue cleared but I gave this place 50.00 to tell me they could do nothing for me. I was treated improperly the first time which is why I wasn't any better in the first place. So, I will probably not have a job BC I couldn't get a note saying I was seen and that I did have an issue rather it be allergies or not. Don't waste your time.

Tore my shoulder and originally went here. Super happy with the customer service and didn't have a huge wait. The PA and nurse were funny and cheerful and made the visit as painless as possible.

Short waits, quick service and Lonneman PA, is always very thorough and kind. I will recommend to family and friends. It's a great option for those without insurance.

The time it took to be seen was over 1hr 30 m ( just to long)... I just had a ruff cough & possible ear infection coming on... I told myself to be patient as a saint ( I was ).. everyone there @ this location was very helpful.. I believe they were short staffed... they kept apologizing for the wait time... I'd go back...

Excellent attention. When I visited on Sunday, the staff advised me up front of a 2-hour wait [not convenient for me that day], so I returned Monday and saw a provider within a reasonable time. I greatly appreciate their initial evaluation of my situation and their local referral. NextCare Urgent Care was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much.
