The male receptionist has a nasty attitude about himself as if he doesn't like black people... this is the second time I've been there and he acted like he couldn't do anything to help me or my children... he turned me around therefore I went to the children's clinic on silverstream and of course they were nice as always... I most definitely will not be taking my kids back to this doctor's office.

Saw my daughter last minute even when her primary doctor was out of town. Amazing people!

After being referred by a friend and lifetime Wilmington resident, We've entrusted this group with our 2 children for more than 8 years. We have always received prompt, professional care for our daughters and would recommend them to anyone in need of pediatric care. Dr. Noah Archer is our favorite.

Beware, you take your kid in there for a simple wellness visit and they add crap to your bill that you didn't ask for or approve. We got billed $56 because the doctor looked at my kids teeth for one second and said "looks good." This was a preventive visit and should have been free. We are taking all of our children out of the practice because we don't want to get hit with a surprise bill for something we did not authorize. In our minds this is fraud. It's the old nickle and dime act.

Wilmington Health Pediatrics does not care about your child's well-being. We were out of town after hours and had to go to a Wilmington Health Urgent Care. The prescription was not called in before the pharmacy we use closed and the office closed right after we left. My child was in pain from a UTI. I called the after-hours answering service and received a call back from Dr. Taylor. Upon explanation of the situation, this obnoxious doctor advised that I can bring her in tomorrow. Hello! You can see that we visited your related office and received a prescription, yet refuse to call it in to a 24 hour pharmacy for my 6 year old child. Thanks for offering for me to come back and pay another co-pay and wait all over again. I expressed to her how unsatisfying this option was and tried to get help. Today, I received a letter that they won't see my kids anymore, not that I would want to take my children back to doctors who are rude and uncaring anyway. There have been other situations in the past 6 years as well that I overlooked because I hate to change doctors and go through all of that, but now I will certainly explore other options.
