This branch is very helpful and knowledgeable, I have been dealing with SunTrust for a long time and have had nothing but positive experiences. It hasn't mattered whether I went there at 9 AM or 5 PM they are on top of their game.

Went into suntrust at 12pm , at that time scheduled an appt, at 3pm showed up the person I was waiting to help me was with a family, so I was told it would only take like 10-15 minutes to be helped at that point being a store manager and having someone cover for me at my shop I choose to wait bad idea, I was finally seen at 4:15pm only to be told that I needed my step daughter with me to open her a checking account, one I already have her a savings account set up under my account, and why was I not informed at the teller desk that she would need to present. Waste of my time after my pending transactions go through I will be taking my money to another bank. The worst customer service I have ever had.

After waiting for 45 mins. I was finally helped by Amy (the only CSR working that day). She was not rude but not helpful whatsoever. I was given wrong info by one of her staff and she refused to assist me to remedy the situation then and there. Fortunately, there are options. I invite and challenge any Suntrust upper management to contact me in regards to my review.

I am a small Business owner I have been banking with suntrust since 2007. 10 years this branch is not customer friendly. I have been cashing my employees payroll checks for years, they charged me $14 to cash two checks on my own business account. Amy the branch manager is very rude and does not have people skills whatsoever. I see from the other review that I'm not the only one that feels this way. She has a take it or leave it attitude. "if you don't like it close your account and bank somewhere else". That's what Amy The branch manager said. I have filed a complaint if I don't get a written apology and my $14 back I Will do just what Amy the branch manager said.. Close my account and bank with Bank of America .

On 5.4.17, I stopped by to conduct a business transaction before work. I got there before the bank opened and as in sitting in my car waiting for it to open, the Leland Branch manager (Amy)walks over to my car and RUDELY asked me "What are you doing here?". I told Amy I was here to make a withdrawal & she ORDERED me to leave the parking lot at once. I immediately told her ok & Amy just staired at me. I asked if her if she was going to move and Amy said, "NOT UNTIL YOU MOVE!" There are NO signs located to in parking lot stating you can't be on premises before business hours to my knowledge. I also bank with NCSECU & BB&T & I have yet to have problems with them for showing up due to my work hours before they open. Never have I been so insulted by "MY BANK" in all my life. I have been a faithful customer for many years. I was in the bank for 45 minutes, not once did Amy apologize or try to make me feel welcomed after the incident. I closed out my account & all my CD's and they charged me a penalty for each CD. I called Camey McMaster the District manager the same day on my lunch however Camey did NOT call me back. I will NEVER be a customer of SunTrust Bank again.....NEVER!!!
