My workout times are usually between 1pm to 2pm Monday through Friday with not many people there during that time. All the machine maintenance are kept up and machines are clean. Love the friendly staff.

Equipment is well maintained and staff is friendly and helpful. Arguably the best gym in Wilmington and also offers a very affordable membership

The staff are always pleasant and cheerful and seem genuinely warm and friendly. The atmosphere is laidback and the space sincerely feels like a *judgment free zone." I love seeing people from all walks of life in a gym. It's encouraging and inspiring.

Excellent gym, with complete fitness training circuit. Redundancy of equipment means that there is plenty of equipment even when it is crowded. Even though the gym is huge, and every inch is occupied with equipment for maximum fitness usage, there is enough room to work out without interrupting your training. The place is very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Currently, it is the only 24 hour gym in Wilmington which makes it the only choice for dedicated gym addicts and serious fitness training.
