has been a Night mare from day one had surgry on my wrist still can not use hand ,was told they gave me several physical therapy prescpitions when it was one untill my last apointment ,they work on you using medicade knowing medicade dose not cover phsycal therapy and with out therapy you can not use body part that surgry was done on ,i had three bones removed from wrist pain pills where cut off two weeks after surgry the pain is mind numing all my doctor did was shrug his shoulders ,they want me back in two months ,that will not happen medicade will not pay them one more dime on me ,it sadness me because they where so helpfull too my mom before she pasded from cancee in 1991,unsure what happened between then and now ,i pray no one gose through the pain i am as of today ,i have had two tottal knee replacements another office that did not hurt me as much as one wrist ,then i was told my proublens are coming from my neck the one place i do not hurt ,i pray no one feels this let down by a doctors office ,i believe they need better taught doctors ,they need to be up front with what people may go through after surgry ,do not risk a person for a pay check ,when asked to send all information to a primer doctor just do it also if some one ask for xrays give them all you took dont just give the ones of ni help to them,what if this was you or Lord firbid soneone you love deeply you would want their doctors to have all the information on their care xrays and surgry notes ,maybe is not an answer too is my primer doctor geting my reciords plus if you must call medicade call to help people whom are coming to you ,not to cause more heart ack or trouble ,hope this can be fixed for sick people in the future Thank you God bless wilmington and this company i would never send loved ones here ,nore people i do not care for ,will not say doctors name but he knows who he is and so dose Jesus Christ ,soft hands dose not make a Godly man,or kind heart!!!

Keep in mind all healthcare are a business, and this is one is a large organization. There will be a 30 minute wait on some days--for lab-work, but other days you'll get right in. Choice of physician is key...I love my internist but I wouldn't see the other one at the same location. Dr. George is one of the best rheumatologists in NC, so he's worth the wait to get in to see. Other than that, all I can say is, you are your best advocate. Ask questions, make lots of phone calls, and always follow up. Doctors, nurses, and office personnel are fallible.

If I could give less than one star I would. I was seen at Wilmington Health at both the OB/GYN office and internal medicine office. At the OB office I felt like herded cattle. None of my questions/concerns were addressed. I waited for 45 minutes for the doctor to come in, spend less than 5 minutes with me, and then leave. At my primary care physician I can never get out of there in under 2 hours, and that is for a routine physical. The front office staff is rude and never calls you back. My entire experience with Wilmington Health has been awful. Patient care is not their main concern

This is the worst display of customer service and patient care that I have ever experienced. I see several doctors through Wilmington Health and am extremely unimpressed with them all. I contacted my doctor for three days straight, leaving messages, before I was finally able to call and get a nurse on the line. I spoke to the nurse about a reaction that I was having and she stated she would call me back. She never did. It then came to the weekend and I had never heard back and the offices were closed. I called and asked to speak to the on call physician. They asked for my doctors name and when I told them, they said that they could not find the doctor on the list. How is this possible?!? I wish that I could say this was an isolated incident, however, it is not. If you want a doctor that will personalize your treatment then this is not the place to go.
