Ribs were left over, dry and just not good. Two of us had them but they were bad . Other two in our party were satisfied with their meal.

Table was not cleaned properly. Kriss our server told us she was tired when we asked how her day was going. We asked about beers on tap and she knew that they served Bud and Bud light. Had to go to bartender for a complete list. Ordered our food. Kriss asked if we wanted pink or no pink for the temp of our burgers. We requested pink. Our food came out and we had no utensils and our burgers did not have any lettuce tomatoe ketshup mustard or mayo. I went to hostess and instead of solving the problem she asked where we were sitting. We waited a few minutes and no one came to us. I asked to see manager. Manager came out we explained our problems. Kriss came over and said that they just had 70 people there and had no clean utensils. Even the manager said I cant believe you just said that. We said that is the excuse you are going use. We requested someone else as a server. The manager said that she would be our server. By the time we got back to our table the food had gotten cool. I sent the food back. They manager said she would get new food but it would take 10 or 15 minutes. No one came to ask if we wanted additional drinks while we waited. After 5 minutes food came back. Our fries were luke warm and the burgers were charred. Extra well done. The manager actually said to me is it hot now. I actually said that was an unnecessary statement. It appeared that the burgers were just thrown back on the grill while the fries were placed under a warming lamp.
The place was about 30 percent full. I have eaten many times at Applebees in the Myrtle Beach area and elsewhere and had no issues. This was the first time at this Applebees I can say that it was awful in everyway. The manager made a show of giving us our bill and saying that it had been adjusted. After placing the bill on the table she walked away and never returned. She deducted the unedible food from the bill. This had been one the worst meals I have eaten and this was the worst service and staff ever.

We have been here several times trying to give this place a chance and every single time they have failed. We have gone at different times of the day, of the week . And still they have failed. we went there last night for drinks and appetizers and it took 20 minutes just for them to figure out if they had Moscato wine or a Riesling wine that they had listed on their menu. Then when we asked if it would take long to get appetizers she said I would probably lie to you if I said five minutes it will probably be more like 25 minutes. And the place was not even crowded. So we had our drinks and went elsewhere. I will never come back here again ever ever ever!

My wife and I have always enjoyed this Applebee's. This evening we were treated to an excellent meal and a wonderful server, Anna. There was lots choose from on the menu, as usual, and we were very happy with our selection.
Anna was very gracious and fun to work with throughout our meal.
