Not sure why there is a delivery charge? They state this is not a tip for the driver. So I guess it is a backdoor way for them to rob the customer of more money. So they are not as cheap as they advertise, Papa Johns for me for now on.... I hate sneaky business tactics!!!!

This particular Domino's has a really, really wonderful and amazing customer service quality. I highly vouch and hope they have solid business on their times ahead! 10/10 service!

Horrible phone service, thank god for the app, Sadly you still have to call because you saw your food come out of the oven at 9:08 but it’s 10:15 and you live like 3 blocks away, atleast you could do is call, I would rather pick my food up then have cold food. I think staggering what you’re making to reflect how long it takes you actually deliver or maybe call let people know.

Placed an order during an off-time on a rainy day... waited over 2 hours for the pizza; honestly didn't think the guy was going to show. All of the food was dry and had obviously been sitting in a hotbox the entire two hours (it showed as "cooked" on the online website not 10 minutes after I ordered). Registered a complaint which was "forwarded to the owner." Weeks later, no response still. TERRIBLE service. I bloody hate Papa John's but I guess that's all that's left of pizza delivery in Wilmington at this point.

Please watch your totals! Just had the driver scam my mom out of 3$. He told her a total different amount than what was printed on the box. called and told the person claiming to be the manger on duty and he seem to no have a problem with them doing that.... Please pay your driver's more so they want be hard up on an extra 3$!!!
