Quality fresh ingredients, white sauce is the bomb, good amount of food for the price. Fast and friendly service. This place is literally better than all of the sit down fancy hibachi places in town at half the cost.

Excellent Japanese style food and a decent price! Quick eat in or take out. Beef is a great quality at an affordable price!! I eat here often!

My favorite place in town for buffet that have a largest selection. But their employees look like they dont care at all. Sometimes that's make me wonder how they cook food back there. There is one employee there, that walks around and bring the food out, who don't even have a proper clothe and shoes. look like he just got out from night club.. that's not right... this is a restaurant ! I don't care if he is a owner, or he's a son of the owner......

Absolute favorite Hibachi place in town. Food is almost always great, and comes out fast. If I had a complaint, it would be that occasionally the steak bowls will be overcooked (medium when you ask for medium rare, for instance), or fatty. Everything else is excellent.

I would like to notify you about a local Chinese restaurant in Wilmington that needs to be somehow informed to our community. I went to Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet this evening to eat dinner with my two daughters. About halfway through our meal, I heard a motor running in the kitchen. I got up to use the restroom and a waiter came out. As she came out, behind her were two men pressure washing the kitchen floor. Now while they were pressure washing, the cooks were also cooking food right near them. I immediately notified my waitress, who seemed to have no idea what I meant. she told her manager who we later were told to talk to. We told the manager what was happening, the manager told me that it takes 3 hrs to clean the floors. I said what about the debris flying on the food or the gas fumes from the exhaust on the motor. the only response I got was "we use gas stoves"... me myself should just park my car in the kitchen cook dinner and pressure wash my car. I was very shocked with my experience with this restaurant after being there numerous times.
