On my last visit, I got She-crab soup to take back home. The service was quick and I thought reasonably priced; $7.50 for 16ozs. The soup was very tasty, not as good as my own homemade or as good as I have eaten in Charleston,SC; but still very good and much easier.

Nice place! Had the Shrimp and grits. Delicious! Their wine list is just average. Great NC fish special most nights.

Two stars for the atmosphere. I ate here once and will not return. I ordered the fried oyster and fish dinner with french fries and a coleslaw. I payed a pretty penny but have not received much food in return. Otherwise it tasted okay, but had better before.

Very good seafood and the waitress was super friendly. I must have the shrimp and grits again before leaving Wilmington! Best part was seeing the "Product of the Philippines" sticker on the shell in our table after reading on the menu about the seashells coming from customers.

I would love to give this place 5 stars and the only reason I'm not would be our waiter, who seemed almost offended that we brought our two children, 9 and 2. The food was amazing...the she crab soap is divine. The fish was super fresh and blackened to perfection. The atmosphere was laid back and the female waitsraff were very sweet to my girls.
We went on the suggestion of the hotel staff and I am glad that we did as we wanted a "non chain" restaurant. Will be going again the next time I'm in NC but won't bring my children as I was sadly given the impression that it wasn't a "family friendly" restaurant.
