I have been going to this place since nearly 2000. Off and on at times since I worked construction and other jobs. I have remembered so many girls come and go through here. Over the years it got over priced. And the women well to be truthful sometimes they are on time at front. Sometimes slow seeing customers like Tilted Kilt. I go in there and no women come to the front takes minute or 2. I would have left by then. You don't make customers wait. Again that isn't the problem. Wanna know why these girls can't do customers service fast enough. Lower your price. Watch how fast they need to get to that door. Every time people want to eat and enjoy themselves. But you won't you will raise that price again in January. So you will lose more customers. But keep the regulars coming back only. Does that make sense to keep doing this? I think I would lower my prices to get more people in here. You lost so many new customers because your waitresses slacked off time caring less about time with Customer service. They may hate me after this review but, may help you gain perspective on gaining your customers back.

I was down here in Wilmington for the weekend and and at Hooters Friday night. Our server, Jocelyn, was absolutely wonderful, great service, great personality and really made us feel like we were VIP's getting special service. I do hope she hears about this or a manager does because it was a truly fantastic experience. I'd recommend it to anyone and I'll be returning in the future.

In during Thursday night football game...not busy, but all of the staff was very helpful and friendly! Waitress was Jewell, and she was great! Very attentive! I ordered the smoked dry-rub Caribbean jerk wings, and they were great....couldn't have been happier.

Here labor day around 2pm. Restaurant had maybe 4 or 5 tables and a few people at the bar. I can count over 4 girls working here. The service was TERRIBLE. Very slow. Had to remind our waitress constantly about things we were asking for. A few people in my group, including myself work in the service industry, so we are more patient than most. That being said, I blame management for not taking more pride in training servers and for tolerating incompetence. The food was mediocre and the service was worse.

Been to this location twice since we moved to Wilmington. First time was for my son's birthday. Service and food was amazing. Tonight's visit was lacking. They did not have salads. How do you run out of salad?? Luckily, they have a cheese quesadilla (my daughter is vegetarian and likes their salads) she could eat. I ordered the Baja Shrimp Tacos. They were a little dry, so I asked for a side of sour cream and too my surprise...they were out of that too! Waitress only came by table once while we were there. Very disappointed tonight. They were slow so you think it would have been a better experience.
