Ordered the 4oz cheeseburger combo with lettuce & tomato on the burger. They cut the 8oz burger in half, so I had a half of a burger on a round roll. My first couple of bites was just bread and lettuce. The lettuce was soggy, not crisp and the tomato too. The burger was dry, not a drop of juice in it, and over cooked. The fries was a pile of grease, not even crisp as fries should be. This is supposed to be the best burger in Wilmington, definitely not this location. I get better burgers at McDonalds for a better price.

Love this place and eat here often until tonight. Noticed no one wearing gloves, people not using ice scoops etc. I understand it happens but don't do it as I watch you cook my food.

Always satisfied when I eat here. Actually always satisfied when I eat at all of their locations. I'm a creature of habit and the very first time I ever ate at PT's I was instructed that I must try the turkey sandwich. It was so phenomenal that every time I've gone back since that is what I ordered however I can hear the moans of happy people eating burgers everytime I'm in the building. highly recommend this place for good food and great fries.

Our new favorite burger place. The burgers are great but there are also super tasty roast beef and turkey sandwhiches. Quick and easy. Service is great and everyone seems to love working there and to love the food they serve. Great price that includes a drink and fries or side salad. Fresh squeezed lemonade is a bit extra but well worth it.
