I decided to visit this place for the first time today and was completely clueless walking in. Tara was the first one to greet me and she was so sweet and helpful and suggested so many great smoothies. She also made my smoothie right then and it tasted amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

Up until today I loved Tropical Smoothie. I placed an online order for 3 smoothies. I arrived at the time it said my order would be ready. I told the cashier that I was there to pick up an online order. She said it would be right out. More customers come in and get their food and smoothies while I am waiting. Keep in mind, that these customers didn't order their food online. After waiting an additional 15-20 minutes after my pick up time I asked the cashier when my order would be ready. She replied with "oh are you sure you placed the order at the correct location?" I showed her my email. At this point I was getting extremely frustrated because I had already paid for the smoothies and she was questioning me. She said "oh yeah I forgot I already made those smoothies. They are in the freezer". She handed me the smoothies that had been sitting in the freezer for 30 minutes without offering to remake them or anything. SO RUDE. And on top of that I am almost positive that this girl was a manager! Terrible customer service!

Will not go there again. Order was entered incorrectly by mistake. Cashier was polite and fixed it without any problems. Not even sure if it had anything to do with the incorrect order, but someone decided to write filth on the smoothie cup.

Love everything on their menu as well as the friendly, helpful staff. VERY UPSET that Rockin' Raspberry is being taken off the menu! Just about every fruit is represented except raspberries - it was my absolute favorite!
