After several trips into this particular store receiving bad service most times, I called in an order, very simple, cheese steak melt with cheese unions ham and chili on my hash browns... Thankfully I checked the bag, there was absolutely nothing on the hash browns, at which time the cook threw them on the griddle, mixed in raw onions and ham, put them back in the to go tray, placed a slice of cheese on top and poured some chili on them... So nothing was actually cooked... Then made a smart ass comment as to wether or not that was fast enough... And even then I had to tell the waitress that I had also ordered a large orange juice to go... Definitely should have just cooked at home. Horrible service Everytime guaranteed!

Not my favorite waffle house. They have armed guards at night and weekends because they have to. The staff is not very friendly and 7 out of eight orders have been wrong or messed up. Was served an uncooked porkchop once and they came over with a fork stabbed the chop and wanted me to eat the omelet that was on the plate with t raw chop while they cooked it. Servers on the cell phone while waiting the table just keep driving to monkey junction and enjoy a great waffle house at mj

The waitress was very attentive. I understood that she was just a new hire and only been on the job about two weeks, but she was trained up right, ku dos to management.

Finally a waffle house cook that knows how to make an egg over easy. Service could have been better. The overall experience would have been much better if they had not tried on the awful music.

When the waitress, Dana, came to take our order, we ordered the All-American or something similar. I had asked if I could substitute hash browns for the waffle, she said sure. When our food arrived, I had no grits and a waffle. When she came back, I asked if my grits were substituted for the hash browns, she said yes. I stated that I wanted the grits, not the waffle. At that point she stated there was no substitution allowed on that 'special'....(yes, the grits were substituted, which made no sense). She stated she could add grits to my bill. This waitress acted very miserable, never smiled. If you aren't a people person, don't work with the public! Oh and my sausage was dry and the hash browns only had 1 piece of cheese for a triple order so I had to pay even more for another slice of cheese!
