I purchased groupon for the 60 minute massage and facial and I've been trying to make an appointment with them for two weeks. Nobody got back with me via email, then i left a voice mail and no one ever called me back. Awful customer service. I ended up returning my groupon and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience. If I could I would put 0 stars.

I visited Wilmington, NC for a recent vacation and decided to treat myself to a spa day! A friend referred me to Skin Spa Wilmington, which is where I chose to get a microdermabrasion and chemical peel combo. I LOVED it and felt like I had a Hollywood glow afterwards! Definitely reccommend this place
