$15 minimum because I'm out of City limits! I live on Antoinette Dr and was only going to Walmart on Carolina Beach Road, it's like 1/8 a mile from my house! That's crazyness! It isn't any wonder their raitings are so low!

I was very disappointed in the dispatch and management.. I called to get a truck unlocked and the woman screamed at me if there was someone else to call I would have never gave them the business.. the cab driver was great but the management did not even care to listen when I complained.. I will never go back.. they don't even deserve 1 star.

I had not one but 3 times I called a hour and a half in advance to go to work and they never showed up within a good time frame and I was constantly late to work. The last time I called they didn't show up at all. And when I called to check, the lady said they were on the one, that someone accepted the pick up, didn't show, then they said that someone had came to the address and never did. I never got a confirmation text saying they were on the way or that they had arrived.

I never got a confirmation text saying they were on the way or that they had arrived.

I called to get a pick up from this company the dispatcher was very short with me over the phone and hung up before I could even finish talking. He told me that I would have a thirty minute wait which is to be expected. After an hour of waiting I decided to call to see what the problem was the dispatcher tells me I'm the next on the list and should only be fifteen minutes longer. Now after forty five minutes of waiting I called back and she tells me sorry again and that I'm still "next on the list". Any person who reviewed this company and gave them five stars must work for them or just be related because there is no way anyone would ever have a good experience with them. It's now been 2 hours since I've called the first time and still no #ucking taxi.

It's too bad you can't leave a review and give less than 1 star. This place is THE WORST! Yeah, they got us from point A to point B, but Heaven forbid you leave a personal belonging in the car and then expect any sort of assistance from the dispatcher in retrieving it. FindMyiPhone was more helpful than this lady could ever strive to be. GPS took us straight to the company, did she let us check any taxis? Did she try to identify which taxi dropped us at our destination? Did she answer my question regarding if a credit card receipt would be helpful? NO. She argued with EVERYTHING we said and it seemed like she was going out of her way to be unhelpful. Horrible, HORRIBLE experience and I will probably never use a Taxi again... DEFINITELY not Port City. I haven't been that frustrated by another human being for being so incompetent in a LONG time. UBER FOR LIFE! PS. we got that darn phone back despite her best efforts!
