My 90 year old wheelchair bound mother cannot say enough good things about our Eagle Island cruise. She loved the attention the crew paid to her, the fresh air, sights, commentary. She started badgering us to go again the same day. I am grateful. And yes, I had a good time too! It was informative, comfortable, a totally pleasant afternoon.

Fun local history and ecology tours. 50 minute narrated cruises with a bar on board. Very informative, relaxed, and fun.

We met some friends for a 90 minute "eclipse cruise". As per usual, Capt Doug and his folks did a super job, delivering us plenty of opportunities to squint through our eclipse glasses at the sun/moon.
I have been on a number of cruises here, and Wilmington Water Tours is by far the best in town. If you live here or visit, you should not miss one of their extraordinary trip..you will learn the history of the river, the unique fauna, the ecological issues. Plus of course, doing it in the best river cruise outfits in the area. And...They are getting another completely new boat come next year! Do not miss it!
