Dr. Adkins and now also Dr. Crystal are the best and I feel very fortunate that they treat my animals. I have lost many dogs over the years and they were great to us when we were so hurt. I hope I can continue to receive the care for my animals until the all cross over the Rainbow Bridge. We have been going to them for more years than I can remember. Their office staff and techs are also pleasant and easy to work with.

My husband and I absolutely love Paws & Claws Animal Hospital. We moved back to Wilmington 3 years ago and have been in search for a veterinarian ever since. We have found her! Dr. Carrie MaGrann, DVM was wonderful, caring, and very knowledgable. Thank you to all the staff at Paws & Claws Animal Hospital, we are clients for life!
My husband and I absolutely love Paws & Claws Animal Hospital. We moved back to Wilmington 3 years ago and have been in search for a veterinarian ever since. We have found her! I moved to the area a few weeks ago and wanted to find a vet for all my fur kids. I took Holly in because I was concerned about some lumps on her. The vet said they were fatty and that it happens with aging dogs. Holly says that they are awesome and that she will be bringing her guinea pigs when they need to go to the doctor. I trust paws and claws with my fur kids which is saying a lot because I rarely trust anyone with my fur kids.

This place is AMAZING. My rabbit was presenting symptoms of what I thought to be a fracture with her hind leg/hock area. In the past I had a flemish giant unfortunately pass away to an undiagnosed fracture and I wasn't gonna let that happen again. I told the receptionist this and she insisted that she could squeeze me in even if there would be a bit of a wait. Still worried I was over reacting they got me in and put all my worries to rest. The vet was very sympathetic and staff was super accommodating. My Snow Bunny may be a little sleepy the next couple of weeks but they gave me the information and medication she will need for a successful recovery. I will be coming back for a check up in the future. TOTALLY worth the hour drive
