Was not happy with the grooming staff, my little Shut Zu was trembling and scared to death when I came back to pick him up, he would not come out of the cage they had him in, I had to go back there and get him to come to me, he was shaking and scared, I don't know what they did to him, he is such a friendly dog, he lives everyone. I will never take him back there to be groomed.

I just adopted a 3month old pup name Jersey and went to get supplies. I found some items on sale and clearance for him. I met Steve who helped select a chew toy and did a quick training lesson. I appreciated the HELP and lesson.

July 2nd, 2017 at 9 weeks old I switched my German Shepard puppy from Purina Pro-Plan for puppies to Authority Large Breed Puppy food. At the time, I also began to give her Authority puppy teething rings. Since she has been on a strictly Authority diet. Recently she has become too large for the teething rings I began to buy Authority Chicken Jerky. On September 11th, 2017, I bought a 38lb bag of Authority Large Breed Puppy food and Authority Chicken Jerky. After opening the bag of dog treats I am completely disgusted at the condition of the treats. The treats have green mold all over them. They smelled horrible and are in no way suitable for my dog to consume. I spent nearly $50.00 of my money on this product line not including the numerous bags of food and treats I have bought prior to this incident. I am strongly considering switching my dog’s food and never buying food from PetSmart again.

I have not brought my dog to the groomers here in years. Reason for that is because when I did bring my dog in I advised them that I was aware he had a scab on his ear and that I had already removed everything cleaned it out and it was healing fine not to mess with it when I pick my dog up they had cut his nails down entirely too short to where his paws were bleeding and when I say his paws I mean all four paws had blood coming off of them and not only that but they ripped his scab off of his ear leaving an open wound the size of a quarter that would not stop bleeding. they told me I needed to take him over to the Pet Hospital inside the store to see if they could get his ear to stop bleeding. Still had to pay full price. My dog has been traumatized for years every time we try to touch his nails to trim them he starts crying and becomes aggressive. He has never been aggressive in any way shape or form unless we're trying to clip his nails and all because of this place. That being said I would highly recommend going to Petco where they truly care about the animals well-being. the lady there was super nice and took the time with my dog to where he calmed down and stopped crying so she could take care of him. Now I know why they told me they did not want me where my dog could see me while they were taking care of him. because they're borderline abusing pets. I know I should have left this review years ago when it happened but it burns me up every time I go into the store cuz I see the person that did it is still working there

Went in on Sunday May 28th and bought a gorgeous 54 gallon corner aquarium and to my surprise not only was it marked down it was also on their Memorial Day sale so I got an outstanding deal on the tank and setup. Staff was very helpful in assisting me and helping me get it loaded up. Got home and got the stand and aquarium set up and found that my light bar did not have the wall outlet plug. Called the store back and Chris picked up told him the situation and he said no problem I will pull you one and have it sitting to the side. Very quick and very professional. I went in on Memorial Day and was met by the female manager that had helped me the day previously( I feel embarrassed but I never got her name) but I told her what was going on, so she immediately took me to the aquarium lighting section and we picked out the replacement bar kit. She performed the exchange and was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. A few things struck me about this entire exchange, from the initial purchase of the tank every one there was super friendly, two how quickly and professionally the staff handled the small issue I had and how they made it absolutely painless, three the fact that on a holiday there were several managers working first thing in the morning. I work retail as well and to go into a store to get quick and professional help and seeing several managers working on a holiday was really cool to see, it shows me they value their staff. Great job all the way around.
