Despite being a very busy practice, staff are pleasant, inviting and acknowledge your presence. Its the little things that matter, the basics of customer service. I've been in a customer related field my whole career and it's about not ignoring someone when they come in, say hello, make them feel welcome. This place makes a huge effort to be customer friendly and respect the fact that we are there for their services. They understand the importance of a client friendly environment. I'm impressed. For f sake, this is not rocket science.

My experience was great here, I love the staff and they were super helpful through out every step of the way, they actually were the ones that helped me to get my underbite surgery! The staff are amazing, with really fun attitudes and personalities they made me feel right at home as soon as I stepped through the door! They're amazing and I wouldn't recommend any other place! The doctor answered any questions I had and made sure I wasn't confused, I especially loved that many of the staff are bilingual, making it very helpful for my folks who can't speak very good English. Very nice office, rally cool people and a really great place! Good luck with your future braces! You're in good hands with these guys 😄

One of the hardest working teams I've seen. Starting with the doctors, to the management, to the hard-working employees who go above and beyond every day to always keep their patients satisfied. This team of girls is very dedicated and passionate about what they do to help people with their teeth troubles, as well as making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Such a feel-good environment from the moment you walk in. This staff epitomizes what customer service should be like everywhere you go. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of braces or a smile :-)

This orthodontist has done wonders for my daughters teeth. They are moving into the correct position so fast. All of the employees are so kind and they always try to make you comfortable and explain exactly what they are going to do. My daughter was initially so nervous and they were able to keep her calm and make her smile. 1 year later and her teeth already look amazing. My other daughter has also been a patient and has finished her treatment. Her teeth look amazing, she continues to wear her retainer at night and her teeth haven't moved. If we ever have questions they are always available for us. The customer service and kindness of all the employees is always above and beyond. We could not be happier.

Today was my last day of having braces, all thanks to the wonderful people at Worcester Orthodontics! I'm so happy with the results! I finally have a smile that I'm proud to show. Every visit has been a great experience. The staff are wonderful and very caring. They've accommodated me and my busy schedule for the past two years, and I am sincerely thankful for all their hard work. I'm even sad that I won't have to come in so often. Wonderful office, terrific workers, and a relaxing environment.
