I've had two appointments. The first appointment I waited over 2 hours and the second appointment I waited over 1 1/2 hours. We got bored reading the diving magazines in the waiting room so we started talking to the other patients and found out that we were being scheduled only 10 minutes apart, but it took longer than that for each patient. So if you don't want to have a lengthy wait, I suggest being the first appointment of the day.
