#umass I can't believe that after 36 hours, the x-ray results aren't available yet. What kind of healthcare organization is this? Shame on your service and customer service.

Was greeted very quickly. And did not wait a long time to be seen. Was brought in to see the Doctor right on time for my appointment.

It's a hospital that has great doctors on each floor that know what they're doing. They are considerably nice to each patient, they try to make sure each and every one of you are as comfortable as one CAN be in a hospital. It is a hospital after all, who really is comfortable in a hospital? LOL

I believe they are doing their best to find out what is wrong with me. It's multiple things. I'm so sick and in pain 24/7 . All of the doctors and nurses are so nice. Ty
