One of the kindest doctors I have ever encountered. Dr . Klein spends as much time as needed and he does not show any annoyance or pushiness. He showed genuine interest in some health issues I have had for awhile and have some insight as well. They have a great online portal to help organize your patient chart, communicate with the office and more. Highly recommend.

Dr. Klein has been my care provider for over 15 years at this time. He is patient-focused and provides information and options. He is supportive of your needs and priorities in care. Dr. Klein's staff are supportive, prompt, friendly, and express concern and interest working with you as a patient. I recommend Dr. Klein to anyone seeking OB/GYN services in the greater Worcester area. I travel over an hour since moving away from Central, MA to continue to have my GYN care provided by Dr. Klein.

I had my first experience with Shrewsbury Ob-Gyn in July and absolutely loved the experience. What a wonderful, friendly staff. They spent so much time with me and were so kind. Wish all doctor office experiences were this great!

I have been coming here since 1992. My experience with this office has always been good. The doctors and nurses here are very reassuring and compassionate. Whenever I had an issue or concern they did their best to get me an appointment to go right in an discuss the situation with the doctors, sometimes even the same day depending on the situation. They have always been a big comfort to me especially when I had concerns during my pregnancies. No matter how dumb or irrelevant I thought the question may be they always reassured me to call with ANY questions or concerns and have always said better to be safe than sorry and that no questions are dumb. I have recommended family and friends here and will continue to do so.
