I started coming here earlier this year when I became pregnant, and I've been so happy with the doctors and staff here. They've made this pregnancy a very comfortable experience so far.
Only issue I have is the horribly outdated NST machine that I could tell was frustrating for the staff to use.

I have been a patient at this office for nearly 9-mos now and am currently 36-wks pregnant. The receptionists are polite and efficient, nurses are skillful and kind, and the doctors have been nothing short of incredible! My ultrasound technician- always the same lady- is experienced but also entertaining, which is great. I also like that I've had the opportunity to meet with a variety of doctors but still see my particular OB most frequently and have been able to establish a comfortable relationship with her. My fiancè and I are very happy with our decision to visit this particular office and pleased with the service provided. Messages sent to the office are also responded to in a very timely manner and any small issues I've had with staff have been immediately addressed and taken care of. Fantastic, professional office... we are very excited to continue our journey through pregnancy and beyond here!

Absolutely should be looked into, I thought the HIPPA law was a thing. My friend made an appointment, kept rescheduling it because of lack of transportation. These people not only scheduled her for a routine check up and ON DAYS she told them she COULDN'T DO: when it was to see if she and her husband to be were able to have kids, but they allowed the husband to be to change the appointment WITHOUT HER PERMISSION. Her parents were the only ones on the paper allowed to do so, and well they are 2 states away. HOW does EMERGENCY contacts get legal rights of the patient. They stated the documents that she said allowed him to have this right, but we both have copies obtained from the doctor the day of signing and they are lying. She has taken this to her attorney to ask if the husband to be had rights to do this..the attorney basically said to sue them for this. We haven't done so yet...but she is pondering the idea.

DO NOT GO HERE. THE HIPPA LAW DOES NOT APPLY TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY'D ALLOW ANYONE TO GET YOUR RECORDS APPARENTLY. THE FACT UMASS DOCTORS RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE IS COMPLETELY MORTIFYING.
