Ive been going to this pharmacy for years, and Ive always got top notch service! They are always very busy, but the staff is friendly and efficient. Frieda always greets me with a smile and a hello!! Island Counseling is great too!I feel Dr. Osh got a raw deal, but Im glad theyre still in buisness, bc I wouldnt want to go anywhere else!!

This pharmacy is situated on a busy street, & sometimes it's difficult to get in & out of the parking area.
There is ALWAYS a long wait at WFP. Even though there are two registers, only one is ever used. I've spent an hour there waiting on a Rx, w/ no updates or explanations from them.
They only have five chairs, so sometimes you're stuck standing there for however long it takes them to process your Rx. Since it's also cramped, anyone standing constantly has to move around to accommodate new arrivals.
They don't seem to have a standardized customer service protocol; I've seen them ring up someone's finished order before helping me, & I've seen them help someone just walking in when they called me to ring up my Rx.
If you have any choice in where you fill your prescriptions, I would strongly advise going somewhere else.

I've called to transfer meds literally 7 times within a week and called 30 minutes before stopping in to pick up my script and they still don't have them. Terrible communication at this pharmacy. The worst service I've had. Now 3 days past my led date and I'm late on my dose. Thanks Worcester family pharmacy for literally doing nothing.

The worst delivery service on the face of this earth. The pharmacy in general is just very unorganized and SLOW. Slow to process prescriptions especially those from other pharmacies, slow to deliver and slow to communicate as well. They have a poorly trained staff who barely speak English and I'm sure poorly paid as well. Overall..... Avoid at all cost!

Everyone there is pleasant and their very helpful. You don't have to wait as long like other places. When they give you how long it's going to be ready, they mean it. If they don't have the medication you need or out they will get it for you..
