Pretty bad all around. It was extremely dirty all around the place and the food tasted like it was sitting there out in the open for over a day. The staff could care less about anything besides getting a paycheck and it's pretty apparent. Your better off going down the street to another restaurant because this place doesn't deserve your money.

The difference between the Moe's in Glastonbury and the Moe's in Worcester where we are today was..
1)no HOT salsa and 2)attitude of people. I mentioned there was no hot salsa and the guy in charge started saying he had no help today, too many people asking for things...he was VERY RUDE. I was in the food service industry for many years, and customers don't care if u short handed.
It was the way he spoke to me...not professional at all. I still like thier food so I'll continue to patronize the one near me in Glastonbury, where the people..so far..have been very courteous every single time.

Understandable that the people who work behind the counter are severely underpaid, but they go out of their way to be lazy. They do not properly communicate with the customers as all order are essentially custom made.
They love to give you very little meat and even less "free" chips.
I doubt I would ever revisit this location due solely to the employees and their treatment of the individual customers.

If you like broken cold tortilla chips, filthy tables and floors, then this is your type of restaurant. My burrito was good and the salsa was good but I was disgusted with how filthy the place was. Every table in the place was dirty, there was trash left behind on tables and floor, the fountain soda machine must have been leaking because there were puddles of water everywhere, also lots of flies.

The staff was throwing food along the line, only two people working, and instead of readying new product to be sold, they would just tell customers they didn't have steak or pork, only chicken, no queso???! No salsa of any of the 6 varieties usually stocked?? No bacon?? No corn salsa?? Staffing issues in this location need to be addressed with WAY more sense of urgency. I should've left halfway through.
