I have been going here for over 6 years and unfortunately have to say that they've gone way down hill. This used to be a favorite spot for me and my wife when we were dating, but not any more.
I hate giving bad reviews, I really do, especially to a place that used to be one of my favorites in all of New England, but I can't deny that the quality and overall care has gone way down in the last few years.
The last time my wife and I went, there was almost nobody there, the staff didn't seem to care at all, the whole place felt kind of dirty, and there were more than a couple ants walking around. We went back one more time about 6 months ago, and things hadn't got any better. We hope that things pick up in the future because we would hate to see such a place crumble.

Good burgers and fries. The Drunken Uncles were there tonight. They are awesome! They play 100s of songs. Look for them online!

Unfortunately, the food not only took nearly an hour to get to the table, but tasted awful as well. The burgers, what they advertise in their name, was cold. The fountain drinks were fine, but milkshakes were the wrong size and tasted a bit off. It just was not a good experience.

Service was extremely slow. Mozzarella sticks were cold. Orders where mixed up with the other table.
