Called to get basic information this morning (Saturday Aug 12 2017 around 1 pm) about the laser they use, and the woman who answered the phone said she thought this was proprietary. She didn't think they gave out information about the make and model. She asked if they could call me back on Tuesday, and when I said they could try even though I was hard to reach, she stopped the process of writing my number down and told me to call back. Rude. These med spas are all too under-regulated==people leave with burns and scars, and staff often don't even have college degrees much less graduate degrees in a medical field. The first thing I look for is basic information about the type of laser and the make and model of the laser because this tests for an educated staff and gives me information about whether their system will work for my skin and body. Not going to risk this with someone who thinks I should just shut up and trust the "experts" in a field dominated by people who are allowed to make money without any real credentials.

I had my " mustache removed by Donna, the owner." Via electrosis, worked fantastic and after 6 months very few grow in, which Donna is kind to remove for me.
After which I signed up for the bikini hair removal, 6 sessions, after 4 sessions markedly much less hair, I have 2 sessions left, I'm hoping that it will all be smooth as a baby's butt. Donna is great! Also the facials in the salon are fantastic!!!

I am from CT and am incredibly picky.
This spa is incredibly clean, they run on time, and they are talented!
I find Donna to be such a pleasure to visit and look forward to my results.

If you are looking for a real luxery spa experience this is not the place to go. I felt the services were mediocre and I've definitely had better facials elsewhere. I came in on a Saturday morning and the place was over run with the 50 plus population, and definitely not the young hip type spa I prefer. As a 20 something I felt out of place and couldn't wait to get in the room to have my service started and over with. I also had a sniffle and the owner grilled me on of I was sick, what I had, if I was on antibiotics (which I just finished taking), and lectured me on spreading germs. Not the type of treatment you expect when you arrive at a spa.
