This was my first time here and I’m never going anywhere else! Nicole completely transformed my hair and I couldn’t be happier. 3 months later and my balayage still looks perfect. The receptionist was also super sweet. Overall just a great experience. I would highly recommend Mocine Salon!

I went there for Brazilian Blowouts a few times and was happy with them until the stylist I liked left. The next time I went the new Stylist Burned my scalp, and the procedure took a much shorter time which I thought was odd but trusted they knew what they were doing. In addition to the scalp burns, My hair was frizzy (not smooth and straight) after washing as per the stylists instructions and I have since over the 8 weeks following had massive breakage of my hair. I asked for a refund and they refused. I previously had been a happy customer and rarely leave bad reviews but don't want someone to spend 300.00 dollars to get their scalp burned, have bad results and breakage. They offered another procedure at a reduced amount (no way after that experience) and a discount off another service. I only get Brazilian blowouts so this was useless to me.
In response to their response below, From what I read of other similar reviews about the salon, Even when people voiced their dissatisfaction immediately about a service, It was treated the same way. And in some cases the person was asked to pay full price for another service? Nice try...

I have been actively going to Mocine for at least a year with no complaints. I am an avid changer of my hair and every time I come in with a photo my stylist knows exactly what I want. The manager Kelsey is always friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate my appointment to whatever works best for me. I have been dying my hair, getting highlights, haircuts, etc. and never leave dissatisfied. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I love the salon! Just had my first experience there. I saw lacie she was so nice and my hair came out amazing! It’s hard finding a hairdresser that is good with blonde hair. I would highly recommend mocine!

Randi did an excellent job with my Massage. I had a 90 minute massage and her pressure never changed. She asked how I was doing and I felt fantastic afterwards. Also the staff is very polite and the atmosphere is relaxing.
