Just left my appointment with Annie for a Brazilian wax and eyebrow wax. As always Annie is great, no matter the service. I have been a customer since the spa opened and always will be. Highly recommend it. Massages can't be beat!

I found this place shortly after to moved to Worcester and I've always been so happy with service. I've had 3 facials as well as a massage and a mani/pedi. Annie does such a great job! She's so friendly and has given me great skincare tips. I'll definitely be back and recommending it to friends.

This place get NO recommendation at all. I bought a gift certificate package in May of 2017 for my girlfriends college graduation present expecting her to have a relaxing, stress free day before she started her career. She booked an appointment for August 19, 2017 at 10:00 am, the weekend before she started her job. The package included manicure/pedicure, facial, and massage; however she didn't even get past the manicure/pedicure. She started with the pedicure which went pretty well and once they moved onto the manicure that's when it went downhill. First off she had a perilous gel coat on her nails and they said it would cost extra to remove which is NOT stated online for for the gift cerficate; so she agreed to pay the extra and then they used tin foil to remove the gel coat, they left her sitting there for close to an hour with the foil and because she has natural nails it made them curl and look awful and if an hour with the foil wasn't enough they said they would have to do it again because it wasn't enough. Once the foil was done they attempted to use a gel coat that was suppose to work the same as any other salon, but it didn't. The gel that they used the nail lady said that she needed to dry them however you are suppose to use a light so after the lady said that they were dry they weren't and as soon as she reached for something they all smudged and the polish chipped and came right off. Needless to say this at 2:00 in the afternoon so she has been there for a 4 hour manicure/pedicure and hasn't even reached the massage and facial. After all this she decided to leave because of the stressful situation and she had an event at night she had to go to. The lady tried to say they can reschedule the massage and facial which was suppose to be done the same but at this point she wanted nothing to do with this place and they tried saying they can't refund because the gift certificate was through a third party. This place is awful and makes a stress free day more stressful than not so I do not recommend it for anyone
