Both my wife and I had scheduled appointments on the same day there. We arrived 15 minutes early because we knew we would have to fill out paperwork as new patients. They finally called us in 40 past the appointment time. Spoke to a nurse(?) then waited another 30 minutes to finally see the doctor. He "examined" for less than 2 minutes. He was pleasant to deal with and seemed very knowledgeable. Prescribed me medication then examined my way similar situation. We left very satisfied although the wait was much longer than expected. The medication prescribed to the wife and myself (2 completely different and unrelated conditions) did not work on either one of us. Called the office to come to a resolution. After going back n fourth with a secretary for minutes, I was transferred to the office manager who seemed to not care at all. Her solution was we would have to book another appointment for which we would have to pay for. I tried explaining that this is very unfair since the treatment provided to us was clearly not working. She still didn't care. She finally said she will leave a note for the doctor to call us. He did within 2 business days and offered another treatment (which of course we have to pay for). Let's see if this will work. I would not return there and I would advice everyone to look elsewhere. For the amount of money they charge I would expect a much more accurate and professional service.

Staff was nice to me. I agree with previous reviews that it could be more quiet, but the desk staff was just having a good time. 20 min to be put in a room and maybe 15 to see Ms Goodrich. She was nice and i didn't feel rushed.

I love this place. They always take great care of me and my Irish skinned family!! Everyone is always very nice and accommodating, surprised to see some of these posts, not the experience my family has!!

So as I'm reviewing this place on Google reading the comments I'm simultaneously calling to make an appointment the receptionist answers the phone asking if I could hold, 14 minutes so far has passed since I've been on hold WOW someone answers after 15 minutes later & it's someone entirely different who put me on hold .. I say really 15 minutes on hold?? she replies sorry it's really busy in here today..? Yea okay this is a "dermatology center" not an "emergency department" whoever answered just walked away from the call & left me on hold until it was convenient for them to answer, the reviews are entirely accurate, totally unprofessional & ignorant.

I went in for a look at a condition I have had for awhile. I found (contrary to a lot of Google reviews) that the staff, from beginning to end were pleasant, helpful, professional & courteous. I would definitely go back.
