Have used this place many times but lately can't trust quoted price. Am told one price over phone,another when I pick up vehicle and final billing is highest yet. A year ago took rental yo Olympia for daughters wedding on a Sunday. Was pestered all day long to return on Sunday cause they had hold on vehicle for another deal on Monday. Since I returned that might5,no way was i going to drop keys and vehicle off without ride home at night.

I have been doing business with Enterprise for years. It has been great! However, I recently reserved a car, but because the person I talked to did not put the reservation into the system, there was no car available to me when I went to pick it up. Make sure you receive a confirmation when making a reservation. Might it be a good idea to have an "extra" vehicle available in case this kind of thing happens?

Always my go to company to rent a car. Affordable, friendly, and fast to check in and out. The staff at the s 1st st. Location has always treated me well. I recommend them to anyone traveling or just wanting a economic car to use.

Our company has an account with Enterprise so they are our go to for rental cars. That being said, the customer service here in the Yakima office is outstanding. They really make it fast and painless to pick up and drop off. I was not enamored with the Jeep Patriot that I drove this last time around but that is just personal preference. The cars are always clean and ready to go. I will rent here again.
