What a great office! Our whole family sees doctors here and have had nothing but quality service from them and the office staff. We love Dr. Tompkins, and former doctors-Dr. Rana and Dr. Schmidt. The office staff are pleasant and so helpful with all of our concerns and needs. Sarah was wonderful when helping to set up appointments and rescheduling a missed appointment.

Really like Dr Emmans. Common sense approach to medicine, involved in you care and very approachable. Nice facility also.

My wife goes here. She had to arrange extra daycare and take a day off work. She forgot her labwork and instantly called she was returning to get it. Instead of saying cool they said hurry we have late policy. She arrives 5 minutes late and then stands ther for 2 minutes before the receptionist talks to her. She is one of the first patients of the day. The lady says sorry nothing we can do it is the policy, but we will "ask the doctor."
....the kicker...after they send my wife away the doctor walks in slowly sipping his coffee and carrying his bag. The Doctor wasnt even there yet!!! Yet they couldnt see her? Do not use these people. I understand policy, it is there when needed, but not to use as a rightcheous weapon.

I had been pleased and satisfied with the Doctors I was assigned and they both moved away. I was then assigned to DR RANA. On my first visit he informed me we American were over medicated. Like I like to be on meds!! My questions were left unanswered. DR RANA simply was not interested in listening to me. The last straw was when I called the pharmacy for three refills on a Friday and DR RANA choose not to refill them until Thursday at 5:00pm the next week. I worked for The Yakima Ear Nose and Throat Clinic a number of years ago and know for a fact it does not take that long to refill a medication. These were medication I needed to be on. There is no excuse for such rude and incompetent behavior. He is fortunate I didn't report him to the American Medical Association.
