Came in at 10am, was told to come back at noon as the wait was 1.5 to 2 hrs. Got back at noon and did not get seen still at 1:30, asked for our co-pay back and left! It Seemed like only 1 person was seen while we were waiting 1.5 hrs. It’s not that busy just very slow, if you need to be seen fast this is not the place to go. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!

*Update: I was finally able to speak to someone in billing to contest the charge. They were very helpful and stated that the visit note did say I was sent to the hospital, so I should not have been charged. She reversed the charge for me. *
If you have another option I would go with it. Went months ago for stomach/torso pain: Waited 2 hours in the waiting room, then 1 hour in the exam room, seen for 2 minutes and she says she can't rule out appendicitis so I need to go to the ER. She said that because she was sending me to the ER they would give me a refund of the 30$ CoPay or I can save it for my next visit. I said fine, save it for my next visit because I have to get out of here and to the ER. Asked if I needed anything to PROVE I had already paid when I visit next? Nope! They said it will be on my account. (ER showed nothing wrong, 1500$ later)
Came in again in September for ear ache. Said they had charged me for my last visit, no Co-Pay on my account so I would need to pay the 30$. I refused and told them that I was told I would not have to pay for my next visit. Finally got seen for the earache, lady saw me for less than 5 minutes and told me I had a pimple in my ear. Really? Then I get home and the pain has traveled to my other ear. I make an appointment at my regular doctor's office after the weekend and I have a sinus infection causing pressure on my ear canals and am prescribed antibiotics.
And they are still trying to bill me for the CoPay but it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in billing to talk about the situation.
I wish 0 stars were possible.

Woke up with extreme head pain. Was able to get into the clinic with 30 minutes and my problem was quickly diagnosed. I was quickly referred to a specialist. Although I have a regular doctor, often times for quick illness or injuries, the Medi-center is awesome. The hours are great and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend their services.

Came in with an abscess Thursday. Gave me a prescription after the doctor saw me for 2 seconds... no service, no real diagnosis...now I'm on vacation in the ER in Kingman AZ looking at surgery and various scans. $$$ down the drain. Total waste of time.

My husband cut his right index finger where it was bleeding a lot. This place was the closest, and our insurance always said to go to this place; then waste the emergency rooms time. Well, we had the wrong card on us. The the who ever she was at the desk lady was rude, and they refused treatment until they heard from our insurance company. Even though, the Over- the -counter- card, and Provider One card had our other insurance number in visual view. We had to ask for an ice pack to try to slow the bleeding. Since we had to wait anyway, he was told to fill out ten pages of paperwork. Next, when we were all approved and believed the false advertisement of Valley Med Urgent Care which is really "Central Washington Money Gruming Occupational Clinic."They claimed unless we wanted to wait three hours to please leave for the emergency room. I am reporting this doctor and nurse to the Washington State Medical Board. Please do not take injured people here, unless you have a death wish. God help them to find better jobs.
