Everything is great but I don't understand the time on the tracker. Amanda double check my order for Perfection at 5:45 p.m. the time now is 6:03. Is she still checking it? Is she letting it sit there get cold? Or is it on its way?

Apparently you can't add a topping because there isn't a button on the screen to order onions on my pizza.... I decided not to be your customer today simply because your associate would not add onions even if I paid for an extra topping, poor customer service.

I actually love the food here. My only complaint is that I have a friend who used to work here and they called me one night throwing up sick and still were not allowed to be sent home. It's just a bit upsetting...

Rude my pizza was garbage i was a pick up customer. Went in paid. Told me id be just 4 min i see my pizza come out they box it up and put it to the side i waited 15 min to be given my pizza i get home my pizza looks bad and also tastes bad .spoiled sayce maybe.

Worst customer service ever! I had ordered online and had no complications, but people were coming in for carry out, ordering in store, and had received their food before I had. The online App already said my food was ready, but employees argued with me about it. Half an hour after I had waited, I finally received my food. Then when I had asked to speak with the Manager, Jesus, he was really rude and was not willing to negotiate with me for receiving some of my food cold. Also, the employees smoke pot in the parking lot during their breaks. Much better when it was being handled by old management.
