The staff was friendly but the restrooms were broken and frankly disgusting looking. It's not their fault, there was obviously a homeless problem at that location and a loitering problem which probably contributed to that. It might be a good idea for the franchise owner or corporate to invest in a locked bathroom which requires a key code or the employees to unlock it from behind the counter. I know a lot of restaurants in places like downtown Portland and downtown Seattle do this for this very reason.

I was the only person in line and had to wait to order untill the manager was done explaining to a co worker about not being 20 min late. And co worker cussed and yelled. They yelled at each other for 10 min ignoring me in line. And both of them walked away and didn't even offer to take my order!! And from my booth i can still hear manager complaining to other workers about the whole thing. Wow feel like im back in highschool. And neither person apologized for what they did in front of me

The service is always friendly and my food order is always completed quickly. The only thing I see different here than other Jack and the Box's is that they give me a smaller cup for water (free water). The cheesecake is only $1 right now so it's a great deal! They also have the 3 for $3 deal which is a great price.
