called for a cab they said 20-30 mins called after 30mins he said he came to location and left. maybe I'm used to being in Seattle they call when arrive. Smh. He said he left and wasn't going to wait around. I'm not waiting outside for 20-30 mins and it's cold and raining... avoid this company catch. Uber

I've used this taxi service many times and it has always been great. They showed up on time and held good conversation.

Yelled profanity out of his window when we slowed down at a yellow light. Don't use this nasty nonsense. Called to report the driver and the driver answered the phone, shared some more ugliness, then hung up. What a shame.

Rude driver. One time about two weeks ago I called for a ride in the morning and misheard. So I said another time and he rudely told me he wasn't available. I realized I misheard so went to ask him if he could do earlier and before I could ask he said he's busy and hung up.
Second time my phone froze so I only had this taxi number available. I called because I needed to get to work. I don't know a certain address where I drop my kids off, but I know how to get there (I usually walk and I don't remember the address because it's hard for me to remember addresses). All he had to say was I'm sorry but I can't take you if you don't know the address (another driver from the same company has taken me to the same address). Instead he decided to get onto me as if I was a child and was talking down to me. I said thank you and hung up as he was still ranting and raving because I didn't know an address. I gave this company a second chance. Not only have they lost my business but also my husbands business. I also won't recommend this company to anyone asking for a good taxi service. Not everyone knows how to get somewhere by letters and numbers. Some of us go by the surroundings in the area. I don't appreciate trying to be made to feel stupid because that's the only way I can get to places unless I already have an address on hand.

Very rude driver I called to get a taxi and they didn't answer so I called again and a guy answered he said there is nothing available till after 9:30am I told him ok thank you very!... he stopped me and said next time I dont answer don't call back he will call me!!!!! Like wtf I only called twice and I'm in a rush they are a company and it's not like I called a dozen times I'm so very unhappy I will not be calling them again
