I've been going to Companion Animal Hospital for many years and I've yet to be disappointed. Dr. Verma is wonderful and treats my babies like his own. The staff is all great and extremely helpful.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
We had 4 animals that have gotten care here for 4+ years, and we've generally been happy with their care, however in the past year they have been less responsive to the needs of our fur babies.
About 6 months ago my 15 year old female cat was showing increased chronic kidney failure. We took her in, did bloodwork etc. The follow up call from the Dr was wishy washy, "call if you want to discuss".
Monday, the same kitty needed help crossing the rainbow bridge, but they wouldn't see her til the next day (she was going to die in pain over night)...even a clinic who never saw her before was willing to help us the same day!
Today (yes 2 days later) our old dog is having a rapid onset cough with mucus AND rapid shallow breathing, yet they are too busy to see him...did I mention he is OLD (and we have other animals that could be affected if this is contagious)!!
Don't take your pets here if you might ever need immediate attention.

Wonderful staff and AMAZING Dr!!! Great attention to detail and will answer all your questions. I have been a patient for years and will continue to see Dr. Verma.

I have lived here for 8 years and Companion at Cascade Park has cared for my animals for all of it. They were especially kind and caring when I brought in my 17 yr. old dog with a stroke and I knew I would leave without her. She had been with me since she was 10 months old. She had gone through several moves around Albuquerque ( where I lived) as well as the big move to here. The doctors at Cascade Companion have been great. They are gentle with the animals and it is obvious they care about each and every one of them.I live on the far west side of town now but I will always use the Cascade park office.
