I want to start saying that the vehicle was in horrible conditions. First time I was giving a vehicle with the gas light on ! The vehicle was asking for maintenance. Once I got to my destination a piece of the bottom was dragging making a horrible noise. I completely ignored all this since I really needed a method of transportation but make sure I said it once it was returned. Need an additional week and was told that the rate will go up by a drastic amount since it’s Holliday season something that I was never told when I first got it. “Manager named Kemique “Seem like he was bothered when I was making questions about why such a drastic amount. It was obvious that’s customers satisfaction wasn’t he best interest. His attitude was arrogant “ maybe he had personal issues “ or maybe “he is not getting paid well “Not sure what the quailifications to be a manager at this company are ,but customer service seems like it was something he was missing. Didn’t feel appreciated as a customer,manager didn’t move a finger to make sure a customer was satisfied... it’s seem like it was just another number for them and I wont recomend this place to anyone.

Awesome! Exceptional customer service. Staff was professional and friendly. Reservations pick up was on time no waiting they were on point! Great job!

I've rented from numerous locations, both through Enterprise and other rental agencies, and I'm always impressed by how well Enterprise treats it's customers. At this location particular it was no hassle at all when I wanted to extend my rental an extra week, and the workers went out of their way to help me with issues I had (outside of anything in their control) upon return. It was very much appreciated. I will definitely rent from them again!

Great service by Zahair at Yonkers! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of as I was traveling with two 5 month old twins and a four year old.
