STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE....
1)the cars are in the worst condition i don't know how we weren't shut down by now.
2) watch your bank accounts and credit cards
google frank palazzolo . that's the owner. read all the wonderful stories about that man. if your unhappy and need to speak to him go to his personal building on central ave in scarsdasle . you cant miss it. his name is on the front of the building. you can also ask for steve tobia or anthony rizzo in the office on tuckahoe rd.
now many will say i'm just another angry employee and well yes i'am. for all my loyal customers i have known for close to 9 years i was fired because of parent teacher conferences i attended during the day i had to work. i told anthony about it and he forgot and told the owners i never showed up.

Very poor customer service very unprofessional especially the employee Melissa always was complaining and giving false information was ready to put me and my kids out in the rain because of a misunderstanding on their side . Stole my deposit and act like it disappeared in the system

They have the best prices, excellent cars, and convenient hours. I prefer this place to ALL national chains.

They provide decent cars at an affordable price. I've been very pleased with their rentals over the years. If you want the Ritz, be prepared to pay Ritz prices. Westchester Car Rentals does the job.

I put one star bcuz I have to rate at least that ,poor customer service ,nasty employees. Don't even bother make a reservation online they will tell you should called.i would avoid going here.
