I loved the staff and whole procedure was a breeze.... I recommend this place to anyone afraid of having a tooth extracted.

This location as well as the entire so called 'network' of Manhattan Oral Facial Surgery LLC consists of, in my opinion, a group of incompetent staff persons and conducts fraudulent billing practices. I suggest people find somewhere else to go. I went to this location on July 5th 2017 and had a consultation performed, which consisted of x-rays and a brief chat with DDS Bodey. It was explained to me that the practice would need prior approval from my health insurance before any work could be performed. I received notice that my procedure was approved minus the 3 units of anesthesia requested by DDS Bodey, whom by the way only performs tooth extractions under anesthesia and refuses to administer a local anesthetic (I'm not sure why.) Because my insurance did not approve the anesthesia, I was informed that I could still have the procedure done, but at one of their other locations with an oral surgeon whom would do so under a local anesthetic. I rescheduled so that I could go to the other location and was informed that on said date my tooth would be extracted. I arrive at the place (5209 Broadway Ave) only to be told that I would not have the extraction done on that day and that they would need to perform another 'consultation' (which would consist of more x-rays and a talk with the DDS.) Needless to say if this was in fact a 'network' as they so claim it to be, then why would I be subjected to another consultation and more x-rays? I believe that it is Manhattan Oral Facial Surgery LLC's unscrupulous way of double billing my insurance company. There is no reason why one location could not share my x-rays with another location within their 'network.' Scam alert!

As a woman that has not been to the dentist since I was 8 years old and had a bad experience that I ran out the office they accompanied me so nicely and I had the choice to chose to be put to sleep everything was great there and I got a companetray call back to see how I was doing love the and the Asian dentist which was a woman which I loved

Not the greatest experience either. Had a 8AM appt and waited a whole hour and a half in pain before the dentist called my name. The surgeon seemed rushed, didn't care to hear me out and just treated me like anyother customer. He removed my wisdom tooth in 4 minutes but was left in TERRRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PAIN AFTERWARDS WHERE HE ONLY PRESCRIBED TYLENOL. Idk what this place is but it seems to be a patient farm.

awful experience. dentist has no bedside manner. barely says hello when walking in the room. Felt like i was at a deli counter next in line! Gave me 2 shots to numb my mouth which in 5 min i could still feel around and i told him that but chose to ignore me. ripped 2 teeth out in 5 minutes and as he walked out said, "All Done!" walked to the next patient, i mean "Customer". AWFUL experience, stay away.
