I've always had a phobia of visiting the dentist. My teeth are extremely sensitive and I was very nervous about my cleaning appointment.
Since the moment I was greeted by my dental hygienist, Hillary Willick, I knew I was in good hands. Her kind demeanor and soothing words made me feel at ease instantly. She took the time to gently go on with the cleaning and her professionalism melted my stress away.
I never thought I would say this, but I am looking forward to my next appointment.
I highly recommend East Madison Dental. Look no further if you want top-notch care.

East Madison Dental is a most amazing place. The staff is extremely warm, caring and professional. Everyone explains exactly what they are doing and why, and very patiently listen and answer any questions asked. I have NEVER felt so comfortable and relaxed in a dentists office as I do in East Madison. The Drs. and staff follow up with me after every procedure by phone and offer wonderful down to earth advice . My life long dentist phobia has been replaced by a knowledge that I am in extremely competent hands and have nothing to fear.

Really great! I'm a physician and felt Dr. Jin's bedside manner and personality were really friendly and helped me get comfortable with rental work. His dental hygienist (sorry forgot her name!) was also very funny and nice. Great place to go if you need dental work!

Excellent visit today. Highly experienced staff who even on the last day before a holiday didn't rush, did a very thorough and gentle job.

I have visited East Madison Dental several times now, both for my children's dental care and most recently, for my own needs. I saw Dr. Bracy for my kids and Dr. Jain for my own initial visit. My hygienist was Karen.
To all of them and to the dental assistant Mary who was so great and patient with my children - thank you for the good experience.
I feel compelled to write this review and get the word out there as every one of our visits has been flawless.
From the moment you walk into the office to the time you leave, this business runs like a well oiled machine - but with the human ellement present every step of the way. Everyone is professional, polite and caring and their work is outstanding. I am glad that I trusted the other great reviews and found this practice. I hope my review will help other patients take the first step and visit East Madison Dental.
