There is no AC in the building.
One of the rooms is an actual storage room, no privacy, staff is in and out.
I called 3 times, emailed, and sent a fax from my new doc to get records with no response in 12 weeks and still no response.
I had to remind them of ACOG guidelines to get basic standard of care. PAP smear was not even offered.
Genetic counseling concerns not addressed.
Place of delivery not explained.
Multiple unecessary appointments scheduled to just review results and not see patient. Then they try and schedule another appt weeks later to actually see the patient...rather than coordinating properly to reduce patients stress.
Same questions about basic health asked multiple times, every visit.
