Worst place I have ever been to. Please don't waste your time. The entire place should have a Hipaa trainer because I don't think they know what it is.

Horrible service. No respect of patients. All this office care about is charging a lot of money for service with the cheapest materials. Not professional, but big EGO.
Once they collect your up front payment they do not care about completing the work with respect and if the patient is not happy with their work then all money is lost.
THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY DENTIST.

Bad, the dentist was very good, but the financial person really misrepresented the cost. She said low interest loan, it was 15% interest. I asked for a refund 2 months ago, they didn't reimburse me. Interest by that time was $300! Finally paid it, to my lost funds.

Do not give them your insurance card if you self paid, If you pay cash do not give them your insurance card or any information about your insurance or they will charge your insurance too. I went to Sparkle Dental and pay cash only to find they charge my insurance too. They refunded my money to me when I found out. their staff are not polite and unprofessional. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE.

Dr. Patel's office is the best!! Dr. Patel is very gentle, caring, and loving. I've been there for fillings and a cleaning. It was the best dental experience I have had in my life, didn't feel a thing during my filling. The hygienist was excellent. They explained everything and made me feel at home. The front desk staff is friendly and very professional, they called me after my visit to make sure I was fine. Just a wonderful experience overall. You have to visit the office to experience it for yourself!!!
