I have 3 daughter's age 14, 12, & 8. All 3 of them have been patient of Dr. McGowan since their births. I have always been satisfied with the sound advise and knowledge that Dr. McGowan gives. You will not regret using them. 11-22-17

Village Pediatrics has a nice clean office space, we use Doctor Karma Marie Cinnante & to date she has provided optimum care for our 7 mth old son. I've always been able to get an appointment within 24-48 hrs & they're very professional in the office. They have underground parking too which is great for winter & rainy days!!

Massive lack of basic knowledge... If I didn't have the info I had, my daughter would be on a 9 months toxic anti-TB treatment, just because the clinic don't know to read vaccine charts and Google stuff up when they don't know.... I'm done with them.

I don't know where to even start or say but I will give it a shot so that no other parent EVER has to go through this. My son, who is 2 years old now has a rare heart condition which required him to have open heart surgery at the age of 6 months. He now has to go for an angioplasty next week. He caught what I believe was a virus which I will never know for sure because he was never seen last week a day before a huge snowstorm was to come the next day. I called the office and left message for the baby's doctor to call back so that I could bring him in if necessary that day before the storm to look at him or just to speak to the doctor for instructions. Not only did they not call back, but the next day during the storm while my child's fever was spiking, I called again and got a call back from the doctor on call, McGowan and what I got was horrific. I ranted a bit because I was very upset and concerned because I basically would have had to call an ambulance if my son got worse. I finished talking and heard nothing on the other end but silence and when I asked if anyone was there twice, Doctor McGowan answered me and said," I am waiting for you to finish ranting, you are being very rude." WELL, I didn't know what else to say but F you to her and hung up. No advise was given nor did anyone from the office including my son's doctor Dr Briar called me back. I then the next day, 3 days later called the office again TWICE and left message for Dr Briar to call me because at this point I haven't heard from her at all. She called me back and I expressed my concerns very nicely to her with no attitude and she was very nice and understanding on the phone as well. My son recovered but I was concerned about having to cancel the upcoming procedure do to the virus. The next thing that happened was un-human. I received on 3/21/17 a letter from Dr Briar registered mail with the date of the letter and mailing for 3/20/17, that Dr. Briar has withdrawn care to both of my children as of 3/20/17,including my older son who has been with Dr Briar since 2003 when he was born. This letter also stated that it was ample time for me to find a new doctor. Now this is all knowing that my child is going in for this procedure, which will need follow up care from her, next week. I have NEVER and can not believe that this was done. This is just one of many problems I have had with this practice. They have no idea what they are doing there and the staff is included. The one star rating was only because I had to rate to post. I would not recommend this practice to an animal little less a human. Especially to a parent for their children.

Dr. McGowan is the best. She's been my daughter's pediatrician for 4 years and she has always been so helpful. She is great with kids and gives well informed advice.
